Field Service Engineers
Sword Medical Ltd supports our customers with field service engineers who are focused on providing a fast emergency or breakdown call-out service, as well as planned preventative maintenance visits.
Our field engineers operate with a comprehensive stock of repair parts backed up by inventory available at our dedicated Field Engineering facility. Stock from this inventory is shipped same day or overnight to allow service and repairs be completed in the fastest possible time. The efficiency of this service allows equipment to be repaired and returned to use in the shortest possible time, with minimal inconvenience to users.
Service Contracts
The vast majority of the equipment sold by Sword Medical Ltd can be covered by a Service Contract.
By removing the approval process often associated with instrument repair, equipment downtime is greatly reduced, with the benefit of decreasing the number of procedures that potentially may have to be rescheduled.
